SELECTION CRITERIA
1. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, orally and in writing, in English and in French. Excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work with limited supervision and to set priorities. Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills.
3. Ability to undertake new tasks quickly, adapt to different work environments and respond effectively to challenges.
4. Ability to analyse issues, make sound judgements, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
5. Ability to consult, liaise and negotiate with authorities and clients and provide appropriate information and solutions.
6. Good knowledge and experience with telephones and computers, especially Microsoft Office applications.
